Introduction
My name is David Sheehy, and this is my photography site. I’ve worked in photography of various styles for around 15 years.
Panoramic New Media is the name of my Panoramic and Quicktime VR business, which was my main occupation for a few years up until the turn of the Century. Currently I’m employed by Monash University, so the company is currently a part-time activity and hobby. Most of the photography I do today is focused on theatre and stage performance. Pangea VR
The release of Pangea’s VR viewer for the iPhone, with Google Maps integration has prompted me to start getting some of my work on the new geospatial, available-everywhere web.
If you have an iPhone or iPod touch, please try out the PangeaVR viewer, it’s really quite impressive. Currently, a limited selection of my Panoramas will be available for the PangeaVR viewer, linked in their portfolio database, or available directly by typing in this URL: http://www.panoramicnewmedia.com/panoramas/pangea/portfolio.xml
In time, I’ll make Panoramas available in higher-resolution for viewing on this website.
